If you’ve been constantly trying to find new ways to indulge your obsession for beer gardens and all things Bavarian well we have news for you – Bronwyn in Union Square, Somerville opens tonight! The new restaurant’s fare will be based on traditional Central and Eastern European food, with dishes including giant sour dough pretzels with coarse sea salt, handmade Bavarian sausages, and various types of Spaetzel. For the drinkers, there will be ten different beers on tap, all in traditional varieties, like Hefeweizen, Lager, Pilsner, as well some seasonal options and bottles.
