What’s there to say that hasn’t already been reported by news media outlets across the country? Tom Brady and the New England Patriots were outplayed every which way during Sunday’s AFC championship game against Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos, who won 26 to 16 outright. It was never close.
Seriously, it was just an all around bad game of football. And like most rough and rowdy one night stands, the Broncos probably won’t call the Pats back the day after. They got what they wanted, then booted Belichick and company to the curb. (I wonder if they at least paid for the cab fare?)
But I’ll quit making fun (for now), as it seems to be what everyone else is doing. It was a fun game to watch–except for when it wasn’t–and the food and beer was nice, too.
I just wanted an excuse to use a picture of Tom Brady crying in a blog post.
